<p><br /><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;">省直各单位，各市、沈抚示范区财政局：<br /> 根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》及其实施条例的有关规定，2020年我厅印发了《关于公布2021-2022年度辽宁省政府集中采购目录和采购限额标准的通知》(辽财采〔2020〕272号)，于2021年1月1日起实施，文件执行至2022年12月31日。<br /> 鉴于中央深化改革委员会审议通过的《深化政府采购制度改革方案》中明确提出“规范并逐步在全国统一集中采购目录”，《中华人民共和国政府采购法(修订草案征求意见稿)》明确“集中采购目录由国务院确定并公布”，为做好政策衔接，省财政厅决定将《关于公布2021-2022年度辽宁省政府集中采购目录和采购限额标准的通知》延续执行，其中关于定点采购的规定不再执行，现</span></span><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;">行有效的定点采购协议可继续执行至期限届满。待国家统一集中采购目录发布后，按年度执行国家规定。<br /> 特此通知。</span></span></p>
