<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;"><span style="font-size: 16pt;">开展政府采购备选库、名录库、资格库专项清理工作是优化营商环境的重要举措，省直各部门、各市财政部门要高度重视，认真落实《通知》要求，全面梳理通过入围方式违规设库情况，坚决予以清理。省直部门负责组织本部门及所属单位自查清理工作，各市财政部门负责组织本地区自查清理工作，确保清理工作全覆盖。</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;"><span style="font-size: 16pt;">二、清理范围及时限</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt;">1.</span><span style="font-size: 16pt;">本次清理范围主要针对截至目前仍在服务期限内的政府采购项目，清理类别包括但不限于财务审计、资产评估、法律服务、印刷服务、车辆维修、车辆加油、维修改造等。</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 16pt;">2.</span><span style="font-size: 16pt;">省直各部门<span lang="EN-US">3</span>月<span lang="EN-US">1</span>日前将《辽宁省政府采购备选库、名录库、资格库清理情况表》（含电子版）等材料报省财政厅，逾期未报送的，视为无相关情况。各市财政部门<span lang="EN-US">3</span>月<span lang="EN-US">15</span>日前将《辽宁省政府采购备选库、名录库、资格库清理情况表》（含电子版）及本地区核查清理情况报省财政厅。<span lang="EN-US">3</span>月<span lang="EN-US">15</span>日起，省财政厅将对省直各部门、各地区违规设库情况进行抽查，对发现漏报瞒报、清理不到位的，将予以通报批评。</span></span></p>

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family:仿宋;"><span style="font-size: 16pt;">各市财政部门要将违规设库情况作为政府采购日常监督检查工作重点，对于新的政府采购项目，坚决杜绝以入围方式违规设库情况发生。同时，要设立举报邮箱和电话，报省财政厅备案后在辽宁政府采购网（<span lang="EN-US">www.ccgp-liaoning.gov.cn</span>）进行公示，接受社会公众监督。</span></span></p>
